Questions authors ask
Should I format before or after editing?
After. Formatting should be the last step, because changes to the text after layout can move every page that follows.
Can one file work for KDP and IngramSpark?
Often, if the trim size and paper match, but their rules differ in places. We check the file against each printer you name.
Do you format for Kindle?
Yes. KDP accepts EPUB, and we test the ebook in Kindle previewers and other readers before delivery.
How many pages will my book be?
It depends on trim, font and spacing. Our free word count to pages tool gives a close estimate before you order.
Do you add a copyright page?
Yes. Send us your details, or build one with our free copyright page generator and we will set it in your book.
